Stand-up the tech scouting initiative for Public Sector clients
Lead team of technology analysts conducting technology scouting functions
Review and analyze all clients past engagements with Industry
Lead gap analyses to identify relevant opportunities for technology insertion
Establish Relationships with innovative large, small and start up business across the technology lifecycle
Perform market sensing of solutions that could positively impact the checkpoint screening lanes
Develop Customer Relationship Management solution to manage comms and outreach to identified leads
Develop marketing collateral for tech scouting solution
Present solution to internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work with unstructured/vague requirements and translate into meaningful conclusions
Develop technical responses to government RFPs including technology scouting needs
Recruit additional technology scouts to fulfill governments expanding requirements
Team Description: Team of 13 senior associates and associates supporting three major workstreams

Must have 7+ years of tech scouting experience and tech mapping experience
Must have 3+ years leading small teams
Must have experience auditing tech systems to ensure functionality
Must be US Citizen and able to be TSA Cleared
