improvements, internal and external key stakeholder reporting and project support. The FP&A Senior Manager will be an important member of the finance team and play a pivotal role in the transformation of entire finance organization. Preparation of monthly financial reporting to executive leadership and Operations leadership. Implement improved processes to increase efficiency and accuracy of reports.
Provide integrity in the measurement and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business.
Improve the process for tracking and accounting for manufacturing costs and waste/yield improvement opportunities.
Evaluate automation and similar capital investment opportunities for enhancing manufacturing costs and productivity improvements
Assist in preparation of financial justification in support of capital and large expense requests in support of strategic initiatives
Support the improvement of business unit costs including the manufacturing footprint and supply chain organization
Provide clear diagnostics of the business in "business speak" at a root cause level. Assist in the development of financial acumen of the Ops organization.
Provide oversight and visibility into Ops spending.
Provide oversight and focus on working capital improvement areas such as inventory accuracy and obsolescence as well as disciplined adherence to supplier payment terms
? Bachelors in Finance or Accounting, advanced degree preferred
? Seven (7) or more years' relevant work experience. Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods is a plus.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with customers at all levels.
? Strong leadership skills.
? Well organized and self-directed with excellent organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to independently complete multiple time-sensitive tasks and meet established deadlines.
? An in-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making.
? Previous experience with ERP systems and data warehouse tools (Power BI).
? Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) with ability to use pivot tables and VLOOKUP Excel functionality.
