If you are located within Eden Prairie, MN you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Development of data strategy for products
  • Development of point of view and working in small dynamic team to deliver strategic proof of concepts and minimum viable products
  • Designing end to end data pipeline including ETL/ELT
  • Driving new solutions for provider business which works with revenue cycle management through data integration and consolidation
  • Supporting data quality assessment and embedding ML into data pipeline for quality assessment
  • Managing a team of data/statistical analysts
  • Business case development and storytelling for the insights and outcomes
  • Research and develop POC on latest in healthcare and analytics transformation
  • Interaction with key stakeholders on regular basis and identify the new analytics business opportunities
  • Work in a dynamic cross-functional team, collaborating with metrics team to manage deliverables
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise by analyzing and investigating
  • Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
  • Uses relevant data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
  • Operational excellence implement best practices and support devops

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Quantitative or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Database Management
  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud technologies and Big Data
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Setup of new Database and developing/supporting analytics on platform
  • Experience with Azure Synapse, Data bricks, SAS, Oracle, Python, Bigdata, Kafka,AWS,NOSQL,SNOW FLAKE
  • Experience in managing small team of Data/Statistical analysts
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Domain
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
  • Solid story telling skills
  • Solid Mindset in Business Solutions and Business Consulting (Preferably Healthcare)
  • Solid Delivery of Advanced Analytics and ML Projects using cross functional teams
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
  • Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical skills and at all levels of seniority
  • Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes
