Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Managed Services Sales to lead the sales strategy as we embark on an ambitious expansion of services and growth trajectory.

The Director of Managed Services Sales will be responsible for developing the sales strategy to grow the business, including expanding the existing client base and partnering with leadership on identifying and offering new business opportunities to current and new clients.


This position will require active prospecting and the achievement of activity and revenue targets. As with all leadership positions, this role is a hands-on position. You must be comfortable with
developing strategy while at the same time managing tactical execution, and everything in
between.

QUALIFICATIONS

    all levels of the organization, including executive and technical level
  • Strong communication skills: conversation, written, and presentation from both business and technical perspectives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: demonstrated rapport and credibility with customers and within the company; people savvy; active listener
  • Strong selling, negotiating, and influencing skills
  • Success capturing new business opportunities
  • Consistent record of driving revenue
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in identifying new sales opportunities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Full-Time, Monday through Friday, with after-hours work as needed
  • Flexible Shift Schedule, Remote Work flexibility offered, requiring manager pre-approval
  • United Healthcare Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision. Employer contribution of 70% of
    single premium after candidate successfully completes probationary review (90 days)
  • 401k 3% match – after One Year employment
  • Leave benefits including paid time off and paid family medical leave
  • SALARY: $85,000 PLUS TIERED COMMISSION STRUCTURE (5-9%)
