The entry level recruiter/admin will assist in the day to day office needs. Attending incoming calls, take messages and follow up, walk-ins, filing, faxing, scanning, photocopying, interviewing and orientation of applicants. Will help with timekeeping and record attendance. Ability to build good rapport with clients, associates and applicants.
Shift: 8 am to 5 pm (varies depends on office needs) 1 hour lunch

Duties: Prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time with minimal supervision
Assist with Recruiting day to day operations
Filing, sorting, creating flyers, updating boards
Maintenance of safety and office reports
Maintenance of Applicant system.
