Work You'll Do:

The Program Management Consultant in our Assets and Hybrid Business Ventures team will be responsible for supporting the program management office across a range of project and product management activities. You will bring strong and in-depth functional and project management solutions to the team with a focus on achieving a high level of performance and quality. You will have the technical foundation and knowledge to work with a core group of technology and business professionals. A successful candidate will have experience supporting the effective operations and management of cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the product management team to support the continued evolution and improvement of our assets.
  • Support resource management, including the identification and onboarding of new team resources.
  • Support product and asset teams in the development and distribution of status reports to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain communication with key project stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Monitor progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, and perform required corrective actions.
  • Identify high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints. Implement approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on the project.
  • Achieve project goals within designated project constraints.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline (computer science, engineering, etc.)
  • Experience planning and managing project initiatives in a Project Management Office or similar team environment.
  • The ability to work independently or within small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects.
  • Proactive, detail oriented, flexible, and able to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills, and experience with standard business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in project work planning, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Experience working with and managing onshore, offshore, and remote teams.
  • An independent self-starter, and excellent team player in a demanding and dynamic environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant project management, consulting, or industry experience.
  • A solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) models as well as strong knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles.
  • Knowledge of basic project and program management principles, as exhibited by a PMP certification.
  • A proven track record of successfully working on complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-functional teams.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
