Job Description:

Responsible for medium - large projects for an operations department, product or business unit. Provides consulting expertise to line managers on productivity issues, analyzes market and operational impact in the business brought about by the project parameters. Researches and documents organizational reviews, workflow analysis, management and staff analysis. Develops project plans including estimates of cost and resources required. Defines project scope to others outside of operations that may become involved in or impacted by the project. Requires a thorough knowledge of the operations area.

Responsibilities: Participate in testing activities for assigned items in upcoming releases including

  • Attend LDTM release meeting routines, provide updates on items assigned, issues/defects found, etc.

  • Test to ensure that legal documents reflect accurate results in line with detailed specifications

  • Report release related defects to Template Architects and retest once corrected

  • Document and Escalate defects found during testing that are not related to release changes

  • Create test scripts for the UAT testers and participate in UAT tester calls

  • Provide post-release issue and training support as needed

  • Build knowledge and expertise of upcoming changes and proactively alert team of process implications

  • Escalate potential enhancements for user base

Required Skills:

  • 2 years minimum experience working with and understanding commercial legal documentation

  • HotDocs experience required

  • 1 year Project management experience

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Process oriented

  • Sense of urgency and ownership

  • Consistently executes on priority items
