The Impact Youll Make in this Role

As a(n) Inside Sales Consultant you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Exceed sales goals for assigned territory where you to create, manage, and close opportunities.

  • Meet or exceed required selling activity metrics.

  • Use technology platforms and data to analyze territory and effectively target accounts.

  • Effectively manage sales pipeline via SalesForce.com

  • Master features, benefits, and value of product lines and present to clinical and economic call points.

  • Present proposals, negotiate pricing, and strategically differentiate Vyaire product offerings.

  • Build consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners, and end users. Maintain active presence at top accounts.

  • In-service accounts by demonstrating product applications, functionality and use.

  • Maintain knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscape including, GPOs, healthcare economics, reimbursement, competitors and competitive products.

  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and tradeshows as directed.

  • Complete business unit objectives as well as individual development plans.

Essential Function Requirements :

Credentialing: Employee shall secure and maintain the credentials required by Vyaire Medical and its customers. Securing those credentials may require mandatory vaccinations and other tests. (If employee is unwilling or unable to comply with any credentialing requirement because of religious or health/medical/disability related restrictions, employee must immediately notify Vyaire Medicals Human Resources Department to discuss possible reasonable accommodations regarding those restrictions.)

Travel: Up to 20% of the time

Driving: Valid drivers license and clean driving history

Location: Refer to active requisition

Physical Demand: Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. without limitations or constraints

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist OR 1 year sales experience (will consider-college graduates with sales/medical device internship experience)

  • 1+ years sales experience, will also consider recent college graduates with internship experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred

  • Ability to travel 20% of the time, including overnights

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and systems (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com.)

  • Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, pay attention to detail, and prioritize

  • Ability to successfully interact with customers over the phone and in-person

  • Ability to work positively and constructively in a team environment

  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously to achieve activity and sales goals

  • Some travel within assigned territories to call on accounts is expected, including overnights
