Manufacturing Training Administrator for a project engagement (1+ year) at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL.

This role will be 1st shift, continuous operations. 12 hour shifts. 3 days 1 week, 4 days the next week. (36/46).

Pay rate:  commensurate with experience + benefits

  • The Manufacturing Training Administrator MTA will be working closely with the shift METL and Lead Trainers in the progression of the training needs for the new hires.
  • The MTA will support all new hires with the on-time completion of their training assignments, monitor progress, identify gaps and provide guidance to the assigned teams.
  • Will be focused on delivering training objectives such as on-time completion of the qualification process and on-time completion of training assignments.
  • In this role, the MTA will support the assigned GT and will be required to do work on a flexible schedule to support the continuous run operation.
  • Must be able to deliver training one-on-one or present in a classroom.
  • Competent in the software programs used.  MS Office, Outlook, etc. and can use systems related to training.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with Standards of Leadership.
  • Training related activities for the assigned GT:
  • 1. Lead or participates in training classes
  • 2. Plays a leading role in new hires training process
  • 3. Works closely with METL and/or Lead Trainer in the qualification and training process of the new hires
  • 4. Monitors training metrics, trends and provide input for improvement
  • 5. Provides a linkage between Manufacturing and Training Departments
  • 6. Required to attend and report results in business meetings


  • Two years of production, training, or teaching experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent minimum.
  • Associate degree is preferred
  • Experience in Compliance Wire or similar Learning Management Systems LMS is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize projects and tasks and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in an empowered work team environment
  • Able to innovate and self-manage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
  • Competent with MS Office Programs Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams .
  • Presentation and training skills.
  • Ability to develop content creation for training programs
