This position is based in Miami, FL. Relocation is required.
We are currently seeking a Fleet Training and HR Generalist who will assist in the functions and responsibilities of the Fleet HR Department with emphasis on the day-to-day operational shipboard HR functions such as training delivery, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and HR administration. This position will work directly with the Director of HR and the Shipboard Senior Leadership teams to provide HR related support to the shipboard teams.
- -Assists in the development and delivery of training programs for the fleet.
-Assists in the design and process management of succession planning, including talent reviews, coaching plans, promotions, and career path development.
-Support employee relations and organizational matters including performance assessment and documentation, and corrective actions.
-Helps develop employee engagement tools and processes.
-Assists in the development and tracking of HR departmental metrics.
-Monitors and assists with HR system administration including Adonis.
-Assists in the management of compliance issues such as audit documentation.
-Assist leaders with HR administrative functions such as writing job descriptions.
-Ensures compliance with all internal and external policies and legal regulations
-Promotes the WSC corporate culture and values among all employees
