You are an experienced HR professional who is more than just an HR rep – you are a true partner to the business. You’ve worked side by side with top business unit leaders in a large organization, and they depend on you when it comes to any decision that has anything to do with people. You know every member of your business unit – how long they’ve worked for you, how well they’re performing, who’s on the list for future management, and where everyone is on their development plans. You’ve used your HR expertise and relationship skills to build a solid reputation in your business unit as an HR partner who is a critical part of the success of your company.

I am looking for someone like you to join our organization as a Field HR Business Partner for our Atlanta, GA and Jacksonville, FL markets. We have a dynamic leadership team that needs a true HR partner to help develop the people in our markets and build our future leaders. This position is performed remotely in our markets, so when you aren’t working from home, you’ll be in our restaurants interacting directly with our people.\

This position requires full time residence in either the Atlanta, GA or Jacksonville, FL areas with regular travel between Atlanta and Jacksonville, and travel to Grand Rapids, MI on occasion. Total travel is expected to be around 25% of the time.

As a Regional Field HR Business Partner, your work will include:

  • Consulting with business leaders to identify needs, analyze metrics and adjust strategy to support business objectives – maintaining a HR Scorecard is a key element/foundation of this consultation
  • Talent and development planning – driving workforce/succession planning, identifying gaps in talent, engaging in activities such as management development planning, and maintaining a bench tracker
  • Staffing planning and support – partnering with leaders to identify staffing needs, developing strategies to support, and coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Cultivating a strong, positive culture in our restaurants that reflects the Core Values of company and the legacy this includes investigating conduct, performance, and integrity concerns in our restaurants
  • Leadership development by conducting training and coaching to build key leadership skills like performance management, positive culture enhancement, and managing conflict

To qualify for the Regional Field HR Business Partner position, we expect you to have the following:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in an HR role involving direct contributions to workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management (5+ years preferred)
  • SHRM-CP or -SCP, or PHR/SPHR
  • Full time residence in the Atlanta, GA area
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
