To support our growth, MMC is looking for self-motivated Inside Sales Representatives to provide sales and service support, acting as technical sales experts to create new lead opportunities, generate transactional sales, and develop and maintain customer relationships within the healthcare industry.

To support our growth, MMC is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Professional, who is passionate about healthcare and wants to bring our clients innovative products to market.  

The Role:

  • Is a transactional sales role, selling our clients products across health care settings, especially Hospital supply chain.
  • Will collaborate with the management team to develop/implement strategies and business plans that deliver sales and volume targets. You will also be expected to develop expertise in areas such as product knowledge, persuasive selling skills and providing technical support.
  • Must have the ability to understand customer needs at a technical level, identify sales opportunities and educating them on our Client’s products and services.
  • Achieving a sales quota by executing sales and service-related activities including qualifying high volumes of leads in a timely manner, closing sales within a short sales cycle, overcoming objections and stalls.
  • Will maintain an active customer and prospect base, follow-up campaign calls, scheduling calls, as well as inbound inquiry management.
  • Perform inbound and outbound sales activities utilizing multiple channels such as video, live chat, email, and voice, etc.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, as well as, excellent written, oral, and presentation, skills, paying close attention to the details.
  • Demonstrated sales leadership results, including gate-keeper skills, feature/benefit selling, objection handling skills.
  • Individuals need to be self-motivated, assertive/confident but amiable and can quickly generate quality rapport with prospects.  Individuals cannot be afraid to gain commitments / ask for the sale.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must.
  • Must have a proven sales track record reaching challenging quotas in a transactional sales environment, such as cars, appliances, large electronics, etc.
  • Open to different and new ways of working that enhances performance.
  • Prior experience utilizing a CRM platform to manage customer records, take notes, manager opportunities, etc.

Education & Experience: 

  • Four-year (Marketing) / Technical or Business Degree or equivalent education plus experience. 
  • Prefer 2+ years consultative B2B selling experience.
  • Experiencing selling to hospitals, ambulatory, sleep clinics and skilled nursing facilities is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but is not required.
