SPAR Marketing Force is looking for Field Team Leads for Retail Remodels

SPAR Marketing Force (SMF) partners with nationwide retailers, managing both new and remodel store locations. This position includes product merchandising and fixture installation. Projects range up to 12 weeks in duration, with merchandising teams working overnight, 40 hours with a 5-day work week. This is a fast pace atmosphere with a SPAR team lead on site giving direction. Leaders will be the liaison between client, crew and SPAR management team

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years Planogram and Retail Store Shelving Fixture Installation experience required
At least 1 year prior experience in leading a team in a retail merchandising environment
Ability to take and follow direction from Lead Supervisor and delegate tasks to other crew members
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
Extensive travel is required without time/distance limitations.
Adequate PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, etc.
Lifting and carry minimum 40 lbs.
Professional attire/appearance
Ability to interact with general public

Hotels are double occupancy and you will have a roommate.
