REQUIREMENTS:

The individual assigned to the position shall perform all of the following: customer help desk, application management, data mining/analysis/reporting, business process reengineering, and change agent support tasks:

(a) Provide customer help desk services to the Command user base for Navy ERP Systems applications to include Maritime Systems Environment (MSE). Call logs will be documented with corrective action plan.

(b) Identify, document, and manage Navy ERP systems issues. Identify problems and needed improvements and take action, as directed by the COR, to correct locally or in combination with external enterprise resources.

(c) Provide one-on-one, small group and classroom training on Navy ERP systems/applications/modules to the Command user base as required.

(d) Adapt training material provided by the Government for local use and maintain/update as changes occur (e.g. user guides, desk reference guides, and classroom aids).

(e) Provide users with account management services for the Navy ERP system modules assigned.

(f) Create, maintain, and update application master data specific to the Navy ERP system applications assigned.

(g) Provide reports that support Command metrics and data call requirements, and promote effective and efficient use of Command resources, as requested by external Naval agencies.

(h) Utilize existing Navy ERP system analysis tools, or create new analysis tools as required, to measure the health of the business systems.

(i) Participate in the development of, or changes to, business processes utilized within the Navy ERP system as required, due to the implementation of new business systems or changes to Command business policy.

(j) Assist the Command in monitoring adherence to business practices and processes pertaining to Navy ERP business systems.

(k) Overtime will be utilized only upon prior KO approval.

PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have experience with ship repair activities that utilize the Navy ERP systems to include MSE. In addition, the employee must have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and SAP Business Objects Tool.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

Contractor personnel must maintain currency in periodic training as prescribed by industry, local agency and/or DoD/DoN requirements. Training to meet the local, DoD and/or DoN requirements shall be accomplished by the contractor upon approval of training method by the COR or KO. Usually training will be conducted in Total Workforce Management System (TWMS), which will require the establishment of a TWMS account. TWMS will be utilized by the Government to verify completion of training for each employee. All training certificates must be submitted to the COR upon completion.

MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT

The contractor shall submit a monthly progress report to the COR within 5 working days after the end of each month summarizing the tasks completed in accordance with requirements of the position.

GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY/EQUIPMENT/SUPPLIES

The work on this task order is located at a government site or installation. The following property will be made available and used by contractor personnel: office space, desk, chairs, telephone, printers, copiers, and computer to accomplish the tasks of the PWS. The contractor shall maintain the assigned office space in a neat and orderly manner, and shall only use Government provided items to accomplish the tasks required under this task order. Personal use of Government telephones, utilities, computers, printers, copiers, etc. not directly related to the required services is strictly prohibited.

VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT OPERATION

All vehicles, private or contractor-owned, shall be operated only by a licensed driver in accordance with local and state laws as well as installation specific regulations. All vehicles are subject to search while on DoD installations.

CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS U.S.

US citizenship is required for all contractor employees assigned to this task order.

PERSONNEL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

Proper background vetting shall be required for all contractor personnel requiring un-escorted access to SERMC spaces and IT platforms. Contractor personnel performing duties under this task order shall possess at a minimum, a Tier 3 – National Agency Check with Local Agency check and Credit Check (NACLC) security clearance investigation. All personnel assigned to this task order must be sponsored by a Department of Defense (DoD) Government official or employee to be issued a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
