What is Expected of You:  

We’re looking for a sharp, experienced, and results-oriented media planning and buying professional to help build the future of our digital marketing capabilities. As a media buyer, you are responsible for all aspects of the campaign process from collaborative planning, campaign strategy development, and execution. You will be expected to analyze and interpret market analytics, determine the optimal medium and placement for marketing campaigns, and negotiate and secure the desired media slots. Job Duties:  

  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify and define audiences, media usage, psychographic, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements.

  • Developing advertising strategies and campaigns with marketing teams to most effectively reach the desired audience.

  • Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.

  • Proofreading advertising material before launching campaigns.

  • Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive paid Facebook/Instagram/Google/TikTok Ad campaigns

  • Understanding funnels, customer journey, and digital marketing strategies for targeting the right audiences.

  • Managing budgets and monitoring campaigns costs and ROI/KPI metrics. 

  • Tracking and presenting campaign data such as views, click-throughs rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.

  • Implement test initiatives such as landing page, A/B testing, multivariate testing, offer testing, as needed.

  • Monitoring audience and media trends, practices, and new technologies/platforms.

  • Drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.

  • Provide recommendations on landing pages, websites and overall user experience to optimize paid conversions

 

What You Need to Succeed: 

At a minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, business, or related fields.

  • 2+ years of related experience in Media Buying or related fields.

  • Manage programmatic campaigns, buy social media advertising, and manage/optimize paid search campaigns across multiple social platforms.

  • Good understanding and experience of media tools such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok Ad Managers. Understanding Google Analytics and other reporting software are a must.

  • Strong computer skills with programs such as MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe Photoshop.

  • Excellent data analytics, data mining, and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Must be able to balance multiple priorities, perform under tight deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime and weekends.

Requires the ability to: 

  • Work in an internal environment varying in cool to hot temperatures. 

  • Regularly required to sit for long periods, climb (stairs), and walk.

  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms. 

  • Regularly required to read, compose written correspondence, hear, and communicate verbally. 

  • Must be able to use computer keyboard and company software programs.

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Occasionally required to stand, bend, stoop
