**Your key responsibilities**
The role of Consumer Food and Agriculture Digital Manufacturing Senior Manager will be to identify and close sales opportunities and provide technology consulting services to our Food and Agriculture clients to help them improve business performance.
+ Lead consulting engagements that provide technology capabilities to Agriculture manufacturing
+ Demonstrate deep understanding of emerging technology opportunities in Agriculture and manufacturing
+ Mentor, coach, and counsel team members, and help us build an inclusive culture and high-performing teams
+ Support the EY inclusiveness culture
+ Help build pipeline and drive digital manufacturing technology and process sales, working closely with account teams and domain leaders
+ Maximize operational efficiencies on project engagements by successfully managing time and budgets
+ Enhance the EY brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients and digital ecosystem alliance partners and market leading digital players
+ Provide strategic and relevant insight, connectedness, and responsiveness to our clients to anticipate their needs
+ Develop and shape go-to-market digital solution offerings tailored to Agriculture that help activate and scale our reach in the market
+ Stay current with the latest trends in the Agriculture sector and digital manufacturing domains to be a trusted advisor and subject-matter resource for our client's business
+ Become a recognized thought leader by authoring white-papers and thought leadership on LinkedIn, Magazine publications, and participating in analyst related activities.
**To qualify for the role, you must have**
+ A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
+ A minimum of 15 years of related work experience
+ 10 years of experience in or with manufacturing
+ 5 years of experience in or with Agriculture
+ Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics, and developing new business opportunities
+ Flexibility to work across people, business, and technology consulting services as needed to pursue sales opportunities and deliver engagements
+ Proven technology delivery work experience in manufacturing
+ Experience with level-3 systems and integration to level-2 & 4, and emerging, Industry 4.0 technologies
+ Working knowledge and ability to architect solutions across the technology stack leveraging ISA-95 standards
+ Ability to work remotely from home via video meeting technologies to pursue sales opportunities, build client relationships and deliver engagements
+ Flexibility and willingness to travel
**Ideally, you'll also have**
+ Present industry insights with executives and stakeholders to energize pipeline and sales growth
+ Experience articulating a vision and roadmap to clients based on their needs that captures art of the possible, while providing pragmatic, quick win and high ROI solutions that meet them where they are
+ Knowledge of operational excellence programs and their key objectives to align and map digital as a key enabler to accelerating and increasing effectiveness of the program
+ Experience working with a strategy house, a Big 4, a boutique technology consulting firm or extensive industry experience preferred
+ Demonstrated leadership of large, cross-functional teams in an IT Operations environment
+ Experience working in a fast-paced team environment and ability to adapt quickly to change
+ Experience participating in development and implementation of IT strategy, digital transformation, Technology governance structures, and IT Operating models.
+ Experience and demonstratable results in professional services sales
+ Refined executive presentation skills focused on driving business outcomes
+ Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Product Design, MIS, or Mathematics desired; Master's Degree in one of these areas preferred
