Join our team today on this Awesome contract-to-hire opportunity! We are seeking experienced Sales Call Center representatives with Ovation!

Pay:

$24/HR during the 2-week training period and 90-day contract period, then $15/HR + commission when permanently employed.

Average sales employees make $25-$30/HR or $65K/year and up with commission!

Schedule:

2 week training period: 8:30am-5:30pm

Monday-Friday 11am-8pm or 12-9pm with the chance to bid for an earlier shift later on during employment

What will my responsibilities include?

• Speaking with consumers via inbound/outbound calls and email who have negative items on their credit reports
• Selling these consumers on products and services to repair their credit
• Applying standard quality assurance and compliance guidelines on all sales consultations
• Adhering to high levels of integrity and ethics as it applies to our consumer clients

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

• Call Center experience
• Sales experience
• High School Diploma
• MUST be willing to work onsite and every 6th Saturday once permanently employed (10am-4pm)
• Self-motivated and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
