Web Specialists

The Web Specialists are responsible for creating, designing, and maintaining websites for the Organization. Web Specialist will manage a wide range of services, including but not limited to writing, designing, editing, proofing, site maintenance, consulting, installing website updates, and fixing bugs. Also, often use content management software to perform their duties. Must be able to effectively communicate the business's brand through the company's web site.

Essential Duties/Accountabilities

  • Manage SEO/SEM software to create goals, measure KPIs and identify ROI for vendor partners.
  • Implementing web related content on the company's website such as advertising banners, specials, career pages, vehicle videos, social media links, etc.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure that the site provides content and functionality that meet the business needs of the organization by analyzing online user behavior,
    conversion data and customer journey funnel analysis for multi-channel attribution.
  • Ensure all dealership websites are updated with the dealership's existing inventory, inventory photos, videos, and current prices that follow brand standards as defined by the manufacturer.
  • Collaborate with the agency and internal teams to implement landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Assist the marketing team in identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Evaluate technology to identify opportunities to increase conversion through improved and optimized experiences and define A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive KPIs.
  • Create, monitor and report on internet web traffic, third party listings, and digital platform trends on a monthly basis to stakeholders, managers, and marketing team.
  • Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to improve and optimize website performance as well as the digital client experience.
  • Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend, and evaluating performance based on insights that effect different
    online and offline channels to develop and implement innovative strategies for improvement and growth.
  • Work with the agency to monitor campaign and website performance via analytic tools and provide feedback and actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Complete weekly audits of website performance as well as links verification, inventory photos, phone numbers, specials, incentives, partner integrations and information accuracy.
  • Create actionable insights based on the agency's monthly audit of all marketing campaigns and website pages.
  • Develop and execute overall digital marketing strategy and manage day-to-day operations for the company's website CMS and marketing automation platform
  • including administration, testing,
    email quality, lead gen landing pages, and reporting.
  • Email marketing: Create email marketing campaigns to promote products and services. Ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly.
  • Proactively analyze and assess digital advertising performance and translate quantitative and qualitative data into strategic recommendations to continually improve performance.
  • Track site & page level analytics data and recommend strategy/approach improvements to content, digital campaigns, targeting, ad copy, etc.
  • Support all change requests from the management on the dealership websites, ensuring to provide recommended direction based on compliance and optimization of website performance.

Work Environment
This is an on-site role, and the candidate will be responsible for traveling to the different dealerships 25% travel required

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee may work in offices and other dealership/storeroom environments on occasion.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, design, computer programming.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in website design, management, and communications

SKILLS:

  • All-encompassing understanding of changing market dynamics
  • Adobe Suite
  • Familiarity with web design CSS and HTML
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Social Media Platforms
  • Google research, analytics and paid tools
  • Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to develop long-term relationships
