Robert Half IT SEARCH is looking for a “Brand Manager” who will act as a strategy leader and own an entire market vertical whom will be responsible for online/e-commerce growth in revenue. Efforts include any/all needed tactical actions in areas listed below under direct response channels. Qualifications and Skills • 4+ years of proven experience in transactional ecommerce marketing • Direct Response Marketing best practices • Expert experience in marketing data analytics and tools • Proven experience in working with all marketing channels and tools • WordPress experience • Extensive project management experience • Management of 3rd party vendors • Entrepreneurial mindset Goal of the position: • Increased sales above organic baseline in given markets • Setting of annual and monthly sales targets • Market expertise • Formulation of unique selling benefit • Formulation and execution of integrated direct response marketing campaigns • Internal and External resource management • Focus on short- and long-term initiatives • Strategy starts off by understanding what exists today, everything about the vertical- demographics, networking, web traffic, important products and formulate the strategy (st and lt) to increase sales through the “direct response channels”: • PPC • Email • Social • Print • Ad Specialty • Call Center • Affinity Affiliate • Organic Search – SEO Mindset components (not limited to): • Content marketing vs direct sale • Lead gen • Lead nurture • Outsourced budget (PPC is managed separately) to be used autonomously (with approval) Ideal candidate has experience selling a commodity online.
