Robert Half Technology is passively seeking Support Center Engineers in Savannah, GA. This position will not be remote, as the candidate must reside in the greater Savannah area.
The Support Center Engineer 1 is responsible for answering incoming emails and support calls. Follow troubling shooting steps to correct issues and escalate tickets to the Engineer 2 and 3 Technicians as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer phones with predefined script to gather appropriate information
• Communicate / coordinate with customers and onsite vendors
• Create Tickets and thoroughly document issue details and troubling shooting steps
• Responsible for maintaining Support Center SLA standards
• Responsible for following Policies and Procedures
• Provide general support where needed, both Internally and externally
• Proactive duties such as customer monitoring
• Other duties as assigned
