Robert Half Technology is actively looking for a Scrum Master. They will be responsible for driving software development projects from start to finish while managing developer duties, schedules, tasks, and milestones. Projects are completed with freedom and initiative, and with accountability to achieve our web and software development goals for our clients that use our software. We are looking for an expert in project management and software development methodologies. Qualifications:

You'll need a four-year degree with at least 5 years work experience providing IT project management. Requirements Bachelor's in Management, Information Sciences, Computer Science or a similar degree.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in this role or a similar position.

Experience managing software development projects using Agile and SCRUM methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects with complex data management.

Requires the ability to manage and deliver multiple highly diversified initiatives concurrently

Experience with project management software

Knowledge of web, mobile, and cloud based technologies.

Requires excellent and proven conceptual, analytical, decision-making and planning skills.

Ability to work well, engage, and lead a remote team.

A good relationship-builder with clients and teammates alike.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present info clearly.

Manage your time well to deliver on all deadlines.
