About the Role

Digbi Care is the first precision digital wellness program that is a zero copay, fully covered benefit for 4 million members of Blue Shield of CA.. In this role, you will reach out to employees and members covered by Blue Shield who will benefit from the program. You will inform, evangelize and sign them up to our program. Most of your reach outs will be via LinkedIn. You will manage all communications, build relationships and foster a community to enhance program enrollment. Job Role:

  • Increase enrollment in our fully covered obesity and digestive health program through outreach on LinkedIn , social media and phone.

  • Evangelize the brand on strategic social platforms to cultivate relationships with Blue Shield covered employees and members.

  • Leverage opportunities to spread awareness and grow conversations about Digbi Health to positively impact enrollments.


  • A salesperson at heart. You enjoy and thrive on connecting with people and promoting products.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills topical for LinkedIn and social media.

  • Social media savvy - on LinkedIn / Twitter.

  • Prior sales experience will be an added advantage.

  • Experience in building and managing social communities, including message development.

  • The basic MS Office suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills.

  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced working conditions.

Education & Experience

  • Fresh graduates ; 0-2 years of working experience

  • Experience in consumer telesales.
