About the team
Account Management team made up of 7 Account Managers. We manage client relationships to expand and maintain the client base in term of retention of accounts, moving those in red to green and upselling to the base in the wealth and retirement segment of FIS.
What you will be doing
You will be the primary liaison between the client & FIS, managing accounts to ensure retention and renewals
You will deliver and execute account plans to ensure continued revenue growth from the client base
You will work to achieve/exceed sales objectives on a quarterly as well as annual basis.
You will provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
You will prepare and present proposals and well as win plans

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

u2022 General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices
u2022 Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
u2022 Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form via presentation in a clear, concise and professional manner appropriate to audience including executive levels
u2022 Requires solid decision-making and problem solving skills
u2022 Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements
u2022 Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
u2022 Ability to show established track record of involvement in industry trade groups preferred

FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Career level professional role. Moderate skills with high level of proficiency. Works under general supervision with increased latitude for independent judgment. Has an expanded knowledge of financial services industry, products and services and is responsible for medium-sized accounts or has a medium-sized quota/territory. Typically requires five to eight years field sales or client management experience.
