WORK REMOTE USA (from home ) -Business Development Manager-Phone Sales

Bingo Lingo LLC- Charitable Publishing Company- Sales Experience Required

1) - Full Time Employee- $2,000 per month or commission, whichever is greater

2) - Multiple - Full Time or Part Time (4 hours per day minimum) Independent Contracts 1099 Rewarding Commission Plan (after 60 days of success can convert to company employee plan)

3) - After six months renewal ads become annuity and year after year will significantly increase earnings

Excellent opportunity for a disciplined independent worker that would like to work from home or a remote location. A candidate should have some sales experience. If prior experience selling advertising space, yellow pages is a plus, not a must.

While the company is headquartered in Walnut California the position can be anywhere U.S.A. For those in the LA, Orange County, Inland Empire area, future opportunities can become available in our office.

This position can be part time or full time. The company hours are typically 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Any number of hours from 10 hours per week to 40 hours per week can be worked. One must be consistent with hours worked weekly and on a regular schedule to succeed. The ability to earn $40K plus is based on full time employment.

We are a publishing company that donates printed programs and money to charity events, primarily bingo events for Schools, Churches and Clubs, like the Elks Lodge and American Legion Post. The bingo events are non-profit fund raisers and money is donated to assist; Handicapped Children, Veterans/Wounded Warriors, Drug Awareness, Scouts and programs for Seniors.

Our sales team sells advertisement space within a program we publish. The ads are priced from $295 small size to $1095 banner our largest size, with the average sale at $400. Ads are sold to local merchants close to the bingo charity event and many renew every six months.

Company Employee Full Time- Earnings are commission driven; one is paid based on what they sell. A typical ad is sold for $395 runs for six-months pays commission from $80 to $100 for each new ad sold. Salary of $2,000 per month/or commission, whichever is greater. Expectations of earnings after two months should target $3,500 per month plus, after six months renewal annuity kicks in and will grow the commission significantly every six months thereafter. Sales reports are required to validate effort.

Independent Contractor (1099) Full Time or Part Time- We seek those independent sale types that prefer to have limited reporting through management. This roll can be full time or part time, although 4 hours daily are a minimum requirement. While there is no salary guarantee the commission, plan is rewarding and can increase through annuity renewals every six-months

The ability to create leads, make cold calls, handle rejection and comfortable developing a relationship over the phone are essential skills needed


Many new ads sold will be supported with an outside rep visiting the client and stabilizing the relationship long term. This will add support to help a sales rep close hot prospect.

For a full time, employee minimal earning targets would be 2 ads sold per day for $800 to $1000 per week and $45,000 to $48,000 annually. There is no reason a top full-time sales pro motivated by success cannot target and bring in 4 new ads per day and earn upward of $100,000 annually. In year two the income can double, based on retention of ads renewing and new ads obtained.

Every six months the ads are up for renewal, the residual income will be paid to the original salesperson who sourced the client if he/she remain employed. The Sales Rep will earn renewal income, that will act as residual monies in addition to "new ad" money that continues to be brought in. This will grow one's income significantly every six months, similar to an annuity program.

Coming out of a pandemic pause, we will be selling beginning June 1.

This is a 20-year business under new management, with a major emphasis on growth and expansion. For those individuals that are looking for a future, the opportunities with Bingo Lingo are expected to be vast over the next five years.
