Duration: 5 – 6 month contract. Not expected to become a FT role.

Reason for Opening: Team of 3 and they are down a person

Large hospital/medical corporation needs someone to help field help desk calls for their Patient Portal,
. They will train this person on the portal and then they will be troubleshoot calls coming in. This is a good opportunity for someone to gain exposure in the healthcare industry. They will need this person for approximately 5-6 months until they complete their new EMR implementation. The description below is all encompassing. They are really looking for a level 1 person.
