Job Details

We are seeking an experienced real estate paralegal or closer to work as part of our closing team and maintain a pipeline of files.

JOB SUMMARY

• Reviewing title commitments, ordering payoffs, estoppels and working to clear title exceptions and meet title requirements
• Preparing closing documents and settlement statements
• Communicating with the parties and their agents and lenders to prepare for closing
• Conducting real estate closings on occasion

REQUIREMENTS:

• Two years experience as a real estate closer
• Experience in a title agency or law firm specializing in real estate transactions
• Experience with file management
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Tech savvy and experienced with closing software is preferred
• Must work well in a team-oriented environment
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and positive
