As a Marketing Strategy Manager, you will be an important member of the Latin America team aiming to exceed goals of our fast-growing business by driving visitation and revenue for Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disneyland Resort in California and Disney Cruise Line. Our vision is to become the largest and fastest-growing international market in our three destinations while being the partner of choice for our stakeholders.
To fulfill this vision, we develop business and communication strategies in partnership with cross-discipline teams to drive consumer behavior. Our team is a key player in new business development; transforming consumer expectations of the brand into executable products that position Disney as top travel destinations and leisure experiences.
This position will report to Consumer Channel Director

Responsibilities :
Lead development and execution of Integrated Communication Plans, including creative, broadcast, digital, social media, website, synergy integrations and PR.
Guide annual planning and strategic inputs while influencing long-term planning
Maintain a deep subject matter expertise of the consumer to shape commercial strategies
Assess market performance, needs, risk and opportunities and address accordingly
Interpret data analyses and draw recommendations from research and consumer insight
Partner with multiple teams across The Walt Disney Company
Grow our direct sales in the region
Convey verbal or written stories that influences leaders, partners, and peers

Basic Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic marketing, communications, sales and business development, marketing agencies or related fields.
Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish
Experience analyzing data and issuing recommendations from research and observations
Ability to multi-task and meet quick deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience building positive inter-departmental relationships to achieve results

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Walt Disney Company, Disney Parks and Disney Cruise Line.
Knowledge of the Latin America market

Required Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

Preferred Education :
MBA or Equivalent
