Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

The Consumer Investments Digital Solutions & Experience team focuses on managing and optimizing online products and experiences in the self- directed investor space.

The objective of this role is to administratively support the delivery of upcoming projects, projects in flight, to provide clarity and organization around projects in the works, analysis of released projects and insight into future focus.

The ideal candidate will posses a wide range of general administrative skills and be able to maneuver through fluctuating prorities.

As a teammate your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing data and analytics in a consumable and presentable format
  • Working with product owners to provide clerical work in regard to compliance submissions and refinement processes
  • Providing organization to priorities outlined in the form of: meeting notes, open items, timelines, etc.
  • Exercising creative skills by editing/ creating socialization documents in powerpoint form catered to specific audiences.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent business writing skill
  • Highly organized and meticulous; Microsoft Office suite proficiency, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Facility to analyze large data sets to derive actionable insights that provide value to the business
  • Interest in the self-directed financial space
  • Strong investing acumen
  • 5 years in an similar role
  • Eager college graduate or 2-5 years
