Local Personalized Marketing Specialist I

Job Purpose

Job Purpose

This role will co-ordinate and execute strategic programs and plans to create community engagement and mitigate the risk from competitor impacts. The role will provide the day to day operational connection between the Local Marketing managers in-field and the rest of the marketing teams, collaborating cross functionally to ensure planning is aligned with banner and company strategies. The specialist 1 will support the deploying the targeting strategy based on the dunnhumby data science to deliver world class personalization which creates one to one relationships and optimizes the marketing investment.

Supports the specialist 2, connected personalized marketing as appropriate to execute plans based on all available data, leveraging the dunnhumby data science to optimize personalized targeting to drive acquisition and engagement, thereby optimizing the marketing investment.

Personalized Targeting

Responsible for supporting the organization to adapt to a new approach to targeting and personalization as part of the Connected Personalization strategy. Collaborating with third party supplier partners to deliver a world class targeting capability that builds one to one relationships with our customers and drives their long-term loyalty. Uses post activation analytics to take learnings and apply them to future campaigns

Administrative Duties

Manages all new store and remodel budgets, including payment and expense administration and vendor payment process. Quality assurance and proofing of all materials and ensure legal compliance with internal and external stakeholders.

New Stores and Remodels

The role has responsibility for developing and delivering comprehensive/cross-functional plans to launch and sustain performance in new and remodeled stores and to execute plans based on all available data, leveraging the dunnhumby data science to optimize personalized targeting to drive acquisition and engagement, thereby optimizing the marketing investment. Ensures the combined approach to remodels and grand openings supports all competitive impact plans and capitalizes on the opportunity to create lasting customer connections.
