Job Description Summary

Timely manage and resolve customer initiated requests relating to Paycheck Protection loans, Retail Auto, RV, Marine, Motorcycle and Aircraft installment loans.
Responsible for any of the following and specific assignments/ responsibilities: core systems data entry, ACH set up, clearing items rejected from automated processes, performing maintenance to customer accounts, performing in-depth research to analyze/correct problems, retrieval of customer loan documents. Ensures quality service and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers/clients. Intermediate level position performs routine and various functions under limited supervision. Decisions have moderate impact on internal and external customer relationships. Will have direct contact with internal/external clients.
Production based environment in which performance is based on speed and accuracy. Flexibility to switch between assignments/job functions multi task as needed.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of balancing/reconciliation in the financial services industry.
  • 2+ years of call center phone experience.   
  • Excellent customer service skills and focus, communication, problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • PC knowledge, 10-key and typing proficiency.
  • Must be flexible, able to multi-task, to include but not limited to working with multiple systems and dual screens at one time to complete work within deadlines.
  • Demonstrates ability to exceed quality and productivity standards.
  • Strong team player.

Desired Skills:

  • 2+ years of research experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
  • General knowledge of products/services including basic understanding of simple-interest loans.
  • Initiative to understand business unit objectives and end to end processes.
  • Knowledge of Dealer Services.
  • Initially you may be required to work from home and/or remotely in this role:
    • Internet Service Provider at home (no public WiFi or Internet)(high speed internet access and a secure or password-protected internet connection)
    • Sufficient room to set up a laptop, monitor, keyboard and mouse
    • Comfortable space to work for a full shift
    • Quiet, private and SECURE space in which to work
