Inside Sales – Virtual Recruiter – Remote Recruiter
We are seeking to add an experienced inside sales pro OR experienced executive recruiter to work as a virtual Executive Recruiter with our team.
While this is a fully virtually, remote role, Texas residents are especially encouraged to apply!
This is a sub-contractor, straight commission, 1099 position.
While we would love an experienced recruiter, we are also willing to train someone that has a solid background in sales.
This is a tremendous opportunity to partner with high caliber recruiters, teaching you how to work in this amazing field.
Executive Recruiter – Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of executive recruiting OR inside sales experience
- Proficient in targeting both passive and active candidates
- Experience with utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, cold calling, and other research methods
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and planning skills
- Experience with MS Office
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative & fast paced work environment!
- MUST BE TECHNICALLY SAVVY!
