Compensation: Hourly Plus Uncapped Commission!
Position Summary :To receive inbound telephone calls as a result of various marketing campaigns targeted to ADT's major account sector (Affinity Programs) and successfully position interested customers for consultation with a sales representative or to close sale and set installation appointments within the parameters of the Affinity Programs.
- Provide resolution and close sales for both new and relocating customers by taking qualified prospects through critical selling path of gathering information, determining needs and scheduling installation appointments.
- Schedule sales appointments for outside sales representatives by responding to incoming calls, determining caller's sales installation needs and capturing primary prospect data.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution, performing follow-up including quotes, information requests, etc.
