- Have +7 years of HVAC Field & Management Experience.
- Have managed and oversaw service technicians as they relate to technical issues, complaints and technician issues, assisting the needs of Client Care, resolving customer issues and complaints, providing on-going feedback to the service manager regarding service trends, conducting classes and meeting for technicians.
- Are skilled in delivering your work timely with a positive and encouraging presence to customers and co-workers.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall success and management of our residential and light commercial HVAC divisions. Our Service Managers plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control service center activities and functions to achieve revenue goals and objectives while maintaining a strong customer focus, leveraging the brand, and driving employee engagement in a rapidly changing and highly competitive business environment.
