Day to Day:
A client of Insight Global is looking for an HR Manager to join their office in Jacksonville, FL. An ideal candidate would be an experienced HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) that is ready for advancement into a manager role, or someone with room for growth and development as a future HR Director backfill.

Lead a team of 4-6 Human Resource Business Partners.
Deliver comprehensive HR service to the business, support the HRBPs as an additional point of the contact for the employees and managers within the organization.
Support the recruitment, retention, and development of key talent across the business.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that priority staffing roles are met and that the on-boarding, new employee orientation, and training are expedited.
Collaborate with the corporate payroll team to resolve team member FLSA or pay issues.
Deliver impactful management training in areas such as corrective action, termination, promotion, performance evaluation, safety, and harassment prevention.
Coach leadership on conducting effective performance reviews to ensure meaningful performance feedback is provided to team members in accordance with Bakers process and commitment to career development.
Assist in the administration and communication of benefits programs and coordinate the annual open enrollment process.
Analyze trends and metrics.
Develop and implement strategies to address competitive, complex people issues which impact the business.
Perform other duties or projects that are assigned.
Bachelors Degree in human resources, management, business administration, or organization psychology
Working knowledge of U.S. and state employment and benefit law
Ability to effectively influence, communicate and collaborate cross-functionally and at all levels within the organization
Demonstrated experience with MS Office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Comfortable with 25% travel to train other national offices
