• Facilitating human resources process
• Process PDRI payroll for both salary(semimonthly) and hourly (biweekly) employees
• Apply for new Federal, state, unemployment, and local taxes as needed
• Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers
• Train on HR Process within the PDO locations
• Handle inquiries and questions from employees, researching and problem solving with other members of the HR team as needed
• Manage payroll, benefits, and other vendors, maintaining required data
• Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollment, changes, and termination
• Respond to employee inquires through emails and ticketing system
• Change pay rate and leave status in HRIS to include FMLA
• Reconciling benefit statements
• Ensure 401K compliance and set up deduction in HRIS and provide information requested from administrator.
• Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs and recommend corrective actions if needed
