· Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records and documentation.
· Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
· Assists in processing bi-weekly payroll and providing reports to Finance.
· Conducts new hire onboarding.
· and organization wide meetings.
· Assists with the recruitment process by screening candidates, performing background checks and issuing employment offers.
· Performs other duties which may be assigned by supervisor.
