Job Description

Omni Amelia Island is seeking a Housing Manager to service and coordinate our International Workers Program, Omni Service Champions and the Health and Benefits program.

Responsibilities

Housing Coordinator Functions:

  • Working with Shared Services team on the international recruiting programs to include petitions and recruiting process

  • Coordinate all Housing for international workers

  • Handle all transportation needs to include airport pick-ups and travel to and from hotel for shifts

  • Track and submit weekly housing rent report for payroll deductions and transportation. Coordination of return of security deposits

  • Managing departures process to include COVID testing, housing inspections

  • Main contact for any concerns involving housing, police, hospital, or urgent care

    Human Resources Generalist Functions:

  • Oversee reported COVID cases and any related safety concerns

  • Coordinate Wellness Programs and communicate them effectively.

  • Continually update communications concerning wellness, benefits, discounts, and special promotions and fundraiser activities.

  • Coordination of Annual Health & Wellness Fair, Benefits Open Enrollment, Quarterly Blood Drive, Safety Shoe Mobile, Flu Shots, Wellness Initiatives, 401K enrollments and other programs as appropriate

  • Administer OSC Committee and promote throughout the resort

  • Coordinate Manager & Supervisor of Quarter program

    Working Environment:

  • Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.

  • Interior of hotel, in normal office conditions.

  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required. Availability: Must have a flexible schedule; days evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

  • Must be flexible with schedule to include some weekends.

  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Products.

  • Bachelors degree desired.

  • Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to coach, counsel, advise, mentor, and motivate associates and managers at all levels.

  • Prior hotel Human Resources experience preferred.
