The general manager must be able to prioritize and organize work assignments, while providing clear direction to staff and ascertaining hotel training needs when necessary. It is imperative that the General Manager motivate associates and maintain a cohesive team while specializing in exceptional guest satisfaction. We are seeking a detail-oriented and capable manager who can confidently enforce the excellence of hotel standards, policies and procedures in accordance with Shaner and franchise (if applicable), as well as become a visible leader in the local community.
