  • As a leader of the senior selling team, provide a high level of sales strategy and professional presentations to major customers; helps set pricing and product and service strategy for major accounts and bids
  • Provide proactive win and growth strategies for each account and opportunity; owns current customers and new prospects once they have been established as a qualified opportunity
  • Deploy a highly pro-active sales team focused on solutions selling and expanding client wallet share; manage sales team as it relates to forecast opportunities, margin growth and profitability
  • Recruit, develop and deploy the sales team of the future
  • Provide formal sales and account management training (solutions selling, how to increase wallet share, pricing strategies) with help from manufacturers and industry experts
  • Implement sales staff policies, procedures and processes; adheres to company policies
  • Assist in setting company and individual goals for sales, margin and margin percent
  • Responsible for solutions and proposal development overseeing RFP production
  • Deploy a CRM in the business to ensure modern sales automation
  • Responsible for forecast tracking and reporting out to executive team regularly


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work independently; excellent leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent financial management, planning skills and technology orientation
  • Must be able to travel to branches and work locally with the sales as needed
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • Three to five years of sales management in a related business to business field, including hiring, managing and measuring sales force; experience in office moving, commercial furniture sales, commercial real estate services or project management is preferred.
