The Consumer Digital Banking business is responsible for developing and executing Bank of America’s mobile and online strategy, roadmap and transformation. The team is focused on making banking, investing and borrowing more convenient for customers by delivering innovative products and services across mobile devices, online platforms, new digital experiences, and advanced banking centers. 

The Preferred Digital Strategy & Investing Solutions team reports to the Chief Digital Executive (Preferred), and is responsible for driving key strategic initiatives across digital banking, investing and retirement.  Our core mission is to engage our most valued clients with personalized capabilities and services to improve their financial lives.

Mission:  The Preferred Digital Strategy & Investing Solutions org supports the Preferred Business through four key pillars:

•     Leverages powerful insights to unlock opportunities and inform our strategy to Acquire, Develop & Retain Preferred client relationships

•     Leads efforts to Plan for the Future, multi-channel Preferred initiatives planning to close competitive gaps & win in the marketplace;

•     Simplify, Personalize, Innovate by reinventing the self-directed investor and ESG investing experiences

•     Measure our progress to inform areas in need of improvement and drive accountability

Digital Manager Role: In this position, a seasoned digital manager will spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective tech planning initiatives strategies and processes.  Responsible for creating and executing on vision to optimize the management of tech planning initiatives portfolio.  Track projects funding status, move initiatives along in the pipeline and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.  The candidate will be responsible for developing executive presentations and work closely with business and product managers. 

The candidate should have working knowledge of digital capabilities and can drive tactical execution of the cohesive value proposition for our Preferred clients.

Required Skills:

•    Strong planning, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

•    Experience with Tech Planning Initiatives and CAST

•    Solid understanding of the digital organization and Preferred LOB; Consumer Investments experience

•    Project Management or process mapping experience

•    Curiosity and a thirst for knowledge and action; Self-starter, and eager to move the business forward whether the work is 'yours' or not

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to succinctly convey information

•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving and research skills;  ability to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues

•    Ability to successfully drive/manage multiple programs and prioritize work to meet aggressive milestones

•    Attending to details and accuracy of reporting

Desired Skills:

•    MBA

•    Strong financial acumen with the ability to build business cases

•    Strong power-point, excel skill
