SNI Companies is currently assisting a national client in their search to fill a contract to hire, Customer Service Representative role in Jacksonville, FL. ! The CSR supports our partners with answering inbound calls from technicians and account customers.
Day to day responsibilities include:
* Answering inbound calls from customers and facilities management companies requesting service and providing updates on existing requests.
* Dispatching technicians to customer locations to perform demand repairs and assessments.
* Dispatch of preventative maintenance work orders.
* Proven experience verbally delivering complex information clearly, concisely and understandable to the client/recipient, while quickly establishing trust and exuding positivity and confidence
* Must possess the skills to navigate between multiple screens and keep the client/recipient fully engaged, while quickly and accurately typing relevant notes and information
* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn adapt and become highly efficient on new and/or changing systems, applications, policies and procedures
* College degree highly preferred
Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm
