  • Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract
  • Length: 12+ months
  • Pay: 16.50/HR
  • Shift/Hours: 8:30A - 6:30P Mon-Fri

    Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include, but are not limited to:

  • Effectively managing daily business objectives with phone volume and service level management through the Client & Account Services MLSN Service Lines
  • Provides product support for Branch Offices to ensure all necessary tools, training and adequate client experience are being provided
  • Support includes daily interaction with Branch Offices, operational and customer service teams within the home office
  • Service inquiries from the branch offices include enrollment, tutorial instruction and maintenance of accounts
  •  
    Qualifications for this Customer Service Representative job:

  • Must have good communication and problem-solving skills
  • 2-4 years of inbound call center experience
  • Banking or brokerage experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  •  
     
    This role would be remote while we are in the work from home environment but would not be considered permanently remote. You will need the following when working from home:

  • Internet Service Provider at home (no public WiFi or Internet)
  • Sufficient room to set up a laptop, monitors, keyboard and mouse
  • Comfortable space to work for a full shift
  • Quiet, private and SECURE space in which to work
