Our Customer Service and Sales Representative represent one of the nation’s largest online home improvement marketplaces. Handling inbound calls, you assist customers with service professionals for maintenance, repair, and renovation projects by assessing their needs. You will utilize cross-selling techniques to convert inquiries into referrals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work with our client, Angi, the nation’s biggest home improvement service provider marketplace, to match homeowners with the right service professionals for their maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries on home improvement services. Schedule appointments, address current or previous sales requests, connect customers to service providers, or facilitate refunds.
- Take ownership of customer issues and solve problems using sound judgment.
- Utilize knowledge of offerings to upsell services while applying policies and guidelines.
- Convey knowledge, authenticity, and commitment to excellent customer service.
