JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Build relationship and trust with customers over the phone.
• Promote good customer service by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction, a can-do attitude and a willingness to help.
• Handle customer's problems with professionalism and empathy.
• Act with confidence by answering or finding the answers to customer questions and finding solutions to customer issues.
• Data entry of job summaries, purchase order information and tracking of delayed purchase orders.
• Scanning waivers.
