Correspondence manager key responsibilities include:

  • Letter implementation management

  • Coordinate letter programing

  • Test and implement new/updated correspondence

  • Letter data mapping and testing with vendors to ensure the correct letter is in production

  • Enter and maintain letter tracker/letter library

  • Resolve letter issues found in production or QC

  • Coordinate pre/post signoff of test samples

Job Posting Description:

Responsible for medium - large projects for an operations department, product or business unit. Provides consulting expertise to line managers on productivity issues, analyzes market and operational impact in the business brought about by the project parameters. Researches and documents organizational reviews, workflow analysis, management and staff analysis. Develops project plans including estimates of cost and resources required. Defines project scope to others outside of operations that may become involved in or impacted by the project. Requires a thorough knowledge of the operations area.

    Required Skills:

    • Project and relationship management experience are required

    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

    • Superior presentation and communication skills at the executive level (written and verbal)

    • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities – must know how to use data to communicate the business story

    • Can quickly “connect the dots” to identify and perform thematic analysis

    • Strong relationship management skills

    • Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently

    • Strategic thinker, self-starter, organized, versatile, and capable of performing work with minimal management oversight

    • Proven ability to manage and drive/lead execution of multiple and often competing priorities to meet deadlines and adhere with policies and standards

    • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, shaping the opinions and actions of key stakeholders and gaining their trust

    Desired Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Typically requires 3-5 years of mortgage servicing experince

    • Work well independently and in large group settings and handle multiple assignments

    • Must have excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written skills

    • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

    • Ability to communicate challenges and successes clearly and foster positive working relationships
