We are seeking an ambitious, full-time, corporate transactional associate to work on a wide range of commercial transactions, real estate and corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have one to four years of transactional experience.

Requirements:

• Expertise with all facets of corporate transactional practice
• Research, writing, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents
• Real estate and M&A experience
• Acquisition agreements & private equity transactions
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, analytical, writing and communication skills
• Must be a member of the Florida Bar
