Commercial Roof Salesman

I am working with a reputable commercial roofing company looking to add a sales member to their team. This position is due to their growth and to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects and to help them continue to experience the growth they are used to.

Their values are a BIG part of who they are so they really take care of their employees. They have a full team of Projects Managers, estimators, salesman, and Laborers. Commercial Roof Salesman Duties

* Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.

*Using the necessary phone and field selling skills to sell our products and services to our customers.

*Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.

*Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.

*Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.

*Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.

Commercial Roof Sales Experience Required
* 5+ years of roofing sales experience - If you have residential that's great as they have a residential team too
* Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques

*Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in-person interactions

* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player

* Looking for HUNTERS!
