NuWest is partnering with a global cloud managed service provider in their search for a Cloud Sales Executive . In this role, you’ll be responsible for strategically prospecting new customers and creating powerful and engaging relationships in order to maximize the business value of their public cloud investment. You will use your dynamic personality, cloud technology knowledge, organizational skills, and a high degree of empathy in order to achieve growth, and hit sales targets while understanding our clients technical and business needs. T his fully remote B2B sales and account management opportunity offers a base salary of $60,000-$70,000 plus unlimited commission and a full range of benefits.

What you get to do:

· Lead and drive shared opportunities with longstanding, top strategic partners across all customer segments, industries, and geographies

· Identify opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in a focused area.

· Develop a deep understanding of complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.

· Own and update the sales pipeline as well as provide weekly updates

· Manage the full sales cycle, including research, discovery, pitch, pricing, negotiation, and contract to sign.

· Work closely with the customer service team as well as the engineering team and participate in client engagements (up to C- level).

· Leverage complex solutions in order to implant them in smaller accounts.

What you bring to the role:

· BA/BS degree, or equivalent practical experience.

· 3-5 years of experience in cloud or SaaS sales, preferably to small-medium businesses or start-ups in the tech world

· Experience with Azure, AWS, or other major public cloud or top SaaS solutions

· Demonstrable track record exceeding a revenue-based quota of significant scale in past positions.

· Must be able to demonstrate and provide specific examples of C-level presentation and buy-in.

· Strong verbal/written communication skills.

· Technically minded, with an in-depth understanding of the technology and cloud computing market.

· Proactive; curious; quick learner; able to work independently.

· Winning attitude, ambitious, tenacious; persistent, goal-oriented.

· Team player with a positive, professional attitude
