Timely manages and resolves customer and business partner initiated requests relating to Deposit processing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to performing research of deposits, returns processing, mail processing, deposit processing, OMCA check processing and ledger research.  Responsibilities also involve coordination of multiple departments and lines of business to ensure customer or business partner satisfaction, to include telephone contact/interaction.  Performs in-depth research on inquiries related to understanding other Merrill products and working with various departments for transaction resolution.  Production based environment in which performance is based on speed and accuracy.  Flexibility to switch between assignments/job functions and as needed.

Required skills:

  • Self-starter, must be willing to asks questions and constantly seek ways for process improvement.
  • Strong PC skills, proficient in MS Office specifically Excel and Outlook.
  • Project support
  • Able to prioritize issues and handle several sensitive processes at once in a timely fashion.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, excellent decision making skills, work for accuracy and must be able to meet deadlines.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Displays problem-solving, analytical & organizational skills
  • Acts decisively and with good judgment
  • Must be flexible & adaptable
  • Operations background preferred

Desired Skills:

  • College degree
  • Overall understanding of Merrill products

Initially you may be required to work from home and/or remotely in this role:

  • Internet Service Provider at home (no public WiFi or Internet)(high speed internet access and a secure or password-protected internet connection)
  • Sufficient room to set up a laptop, monitor, keyboard and mouse
  • Comfortable space to work for a full shift
