Provider Portal Configuration Analyst

Description

This role is responsible for managing registration and provider provisioning to Online self-service tools including Affiliate Link (AL) Claim Status Online (CSO), and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) related services for provider groups.. Responsibilities include processing all requests for user and data verification, migration, registration, submission, tracking, approvals, and outreach. The ideal candidate will have the ability to access, communicate (written and verbally), evaluate, interpret and use information from different data sources to provide end-user support and ensure overall provider satisfaction.


This role will:
1. Capture, track and provide response to enrollment inquiries
2. Work directly with external providers, internal business partners and vendors for contract execution, and processing of enrollments for Self Service Tools
3. Develop and manage relationships with providers and vendors, peers and management
4. Escalates issues when needed, and provides ongoing communications related to provisioning operations.
5. Participates in the operational analysis and testing of new functionalities related to AL and EDI.
6. Validates and approves user access following security and administrative procedures
7. Provides education, increase enrollment, adoption and utilization of new and existing Self-Service features to providers requesting help
8. Identifies opportunities for business and process improvement
9. Support other requests as assigned

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of customers throughout process
• Ability to handle work from multiple sources and variable volumes
• General office and PC skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong Organizational Skills


Preferred
• Health care, customer service, provider relations or claims experience
